This intent is to field the most competitive team possible.

Playing time and the position you play are allocated according to your skill level on this team, and to make this team AS COMPETITIVE as possible. It is possible your child will be limited to one at bat and two defensive inning per game.

Will be Dunbar’s representative to the district 1 little league tournament in West side Vancouver, hosted by Kerrisdale little league in first half of July.

If successful (> 50% probability based on prior years), will play in Provincial tournament in last week of July in North Langley (July 17-25).

From June 12 onward, this will be a DAILY committment, with either practices or games every day till completion of the tournament season. There may be days when two practices are scheduled.

Commitment is 100% of all practices and games. You must be prepared to commit fully for a continuous period of 7 weeks and be available for both tournaments.

The intent is a blend of skill development and competition.

Usually plays in the Whalley LL summer 11 year old tournament in late July.

Practices/Exhibitions games are probably 2 – 4x per week for about 3-4 weeks in July.


There will likely be several exhibition games via single games or tournaments.

Commitment is 85-90% of practices and games.

If provincial champions, will play in Ancaster, Ontario Aug 7-14.

Canadian champion plays in World LL tournament Aug 20-29 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
