Survey Introduction
This survey has been designed to find out how and why people use the YMCA Norfolk website and how it could be improved to better meet people’s needs and to increase visitors to the site.
In order to make this successful we need as many responses as possible, even if you have never visited the site before you can still make a valuable contribution by looking at the site now and answering the questions below based on your first visit.
The survey should take no longer than five minutes and it is best to have the YMCA Norfolk website open at the same time so that your responses and ideas are fresh, please go to www.ymca-norfolk.org.uk
From the results of the survey we aim to make improvements to our website to ensure that the content and design is the best it can be. However do bear in mind that the website has several audiences to please; (young people, staff, volunteers, funders, stakeholders, general public among others) and so changes to the site will need to be suitable for all those using the website.
