TITO Printer Maintenance

 
This survey is to determine the percentage of properties that utilize the TITO printers' sliding capabilities to administer service on the printer.

1. Which printer make and model is installed in the majority of your machines?

2. Concerning your TITO media stock, what size of stack do you purchase from your TITO ticket supplier?

3. If you do purchase one of the larger ticket stacks (800 or larger), what approximate size of stack actually gets placed in the printer? (Some properties will buy 1200 ticket stacks, but will break them down into smaller stacks for use)

4. On average, how many times per day do the TITO printers need some type of attention (i.e. paper out, paper jam, printer tilt or fault)?

5. If a TITO printer needs attention, do the property technicians utilize the “easy access” sliding capability of the printer?

6. If the sliding capability of the TITO printer was removed, would you anticipate printer maintenance to become……?
