1. Hard of Hearing Survey
Center On Deafness Inland Empire (CODIE) is conducting a survey for the Hard of Hearing and or family members of Hard of Hearing. Most of the questions is about our Hard of Hearing Support group.
Currently, CODIE holds a Hard of Hearing Support Group every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 2pm - 3pm in the CODIE conference room.
Your participation in this survey is appreciated so that CODIE can gather information to improve our services so we may meet the needs of the Hard of Hearing community.
