In order to improve the experience of our Latham Lassies players and parents, we are asking all participants of the 2010 Recreation Season to complete this survey.

We will use the feedback to make changes to the way the league operates and also use the information to evaluate managers.

This survey is 100% confidential. We have no way of knowing who you are – we only know your team. We ask your manager’s name solely to obtain performance feedback.
