. Notice Concerning Children’s Online Privacy
The Indiana Historical Society respects the privacy of those who choose to participate in our online Indiana Black History Challenge, especially the privacy of children under the age of 13.
Any personally identifiable information that is collected through your participation in the Indiana Black History Challenge will be used only to contact you to inform you if you win a prize. No information will be disclosed to third parties. At the conclusion of the contest, all personally identifiable information will be deleted.
We strongly encourage participants under the age of 13 to download an official game card and return it to any IMCPL location or to the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana History Center.
