Thankyou for completing the world's first Holistic Depression Treatment Effectiveness Survey. We believe it is time that the experts - the people that live with depression and bipolar - decided what are the most effective depression treatments.

We want to use this information to provide a mouthpiece for those with depression and bipolar.

Thank you for taking the time to complete it - it may be the most important information that policy makers have recieved in some time.

Section A: General information
Section B: Other treatments/strategies
Section C: Antidepressant strategies
Section D: The incidence of stigma

All responses are confidential but we need to understand some details regarding your background to make the findings more meaningful. Nothing can be attributed directly to you.
Graeme Cowan is an Australian based authority on how people can bounce back from adversity and depression.

He is working with the www.DBSAlliance.org to produce a book called "BACK FROM THE BRINK: Americans tell their stories of overcoming depression". The highlights of this research will be used in the book and also made available for free on the dbsa website.
