As a starting point of a larger process, the Search Committee designed this survey to collect information from teachers, staff and parents about the qualities and attributes you most value in a person who is going to lead The Berkeley School; and to identify the actions this leader should undertake during their first years in the position.
Before you begin the survey, please take a moment to consider the current context at TBS -- where we are now, as a school and community -- and then think about the future --how you envision the school in the next five to ten years.
