COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms & Conditions apply for the adelaidenow’s “Win one of ten iPads” Competition.

METHOD OF ENTRY
To enter this competition readers must sign up to the adelaidenow e-edition emailer via www.adelaidenow.com.au/e-edition during the promotional period or click on to the adelaidenow e-edition sign up button located on the homepage. Readers will be required to fill in their email address and other optional details and confirm their acceptance in the required fields to submit their entry. Signing up to the adelaidenow e-edition includes automatic entry into the competition. Entry is limited to South Australian residents only. Only one entry per email address during the promotional period will be accepted.

DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The competition commences 01:00am Saturday, January 12, 2013 and ends 11:00pm Saturday, February 16, 2013.

NATURE AND VALUE OF THE PRIZES
Ten (10) valid entries will be selected from all entries received during the promotional period will win. Please see below for prize details:
- Each winner will receive 1x Apple 16Gb Retina Wi Fi White iPad (SRP $539.00 each)

Total maximum prize value: $5390.00

PLACE, DATE & TIME OF DRAW
The judging will be conducted at Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited, 31 Waymouth Street, Adelaide 5000. Ten prize winners will be selected and each deemed a winner at 11:00am Monday February 18, 2013 from all valid email address entries received during the promotional period.

METHOD OF ADVISING RESULT OF DRAW
Prize winner will be notified by email from Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited. Please ensure the email entered is a valid email address in order to be contacted as a prize winner.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Employees of Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited, their families and associated companies with this promotion are ineligible to enter. For Advertiser Newspapers Pty Limited Privacy Policy, see today's classified index page. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash equivalent. This prize does not include any other costs of a personal nature not stated. This prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.

Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner. The judge’s decision in relation to all aspect of the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter and its agencies associated with this Promotion are not liable and do not accept responsibility for:
a) an entry that is not received or which is received and subsequently corrupted or rejected by the Web
Site server or Promoter’s service provider. This includes:
b) any lost, misdirected or corrupt entries to the Web Site/ Promoter’s service provider;
c) any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal
injury suffered or sustained:
i. in connection with an entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the taking of the prize, except
that which cannot be excluded by law; and
ii. relating to the conduct of the Promotion however caused, including failure of the Web Site or
the Promoter’s service provider or incorrect or corrupt data supplied by the Promoter to the entrant.
