* 2. Time to set up our updated 2009 schedule for Member to Member installations! We'll set aside time to work on each installation from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (and get out as soon as the installation is done). Sign up below for the dates you are available for the whole day.

Facilitation Team - serve as a support for the Coach, the team leaders and the homeowners; greet people as they arrive on site; facilitate our team meetings; take pictures; help on a team as able

The Panels – Put the solar hot water panel frame together and install it on the roof or ground mount. Install the solar hot water panels. Connect the pipe to the panels. Insulate the pipes. Make everything waterproof. (You must be very comfortable working on a roof.)

The Piping – Connect the panels to the tank with copper piping and insulate the pipes. (You must be comfortable crawling in tight spaces and doing basic plumbing work.)

The Basement - Install the solar hot water storage tank, control panel, fill the system with glycol, pressurize the system and get the system ready for the plumber to do the final hook up with the household water supply. (You must be comfortable working in basements.)
