This survey is being conducted for an Intro to PR/Advertising Research class. Our group is trying to find a correlation between students' relationships with professors/academic advisors and the effect it has on their motivation to do well in school. Thank you for participating!

1. Having close relationships with my professors is a motivating factor for me to do well in class.

2. I am an active member in co-curricular/extra-curricular activities.

3. I see my academic advisor at least once a semester.

4. I feel comfortable talking to my advisor about things other than my class schedule.
