Welcome to the National Council and NAMI’s survey on patients’ access to primary care and medications in community behavioral health settings. The data from this survey will be used to educate policymakers and members of the public about any policy or regulatory barriers that hinder access to these services. It may also be described in peer reviewed publications to add to our knowledge currently available regarding integrated care delivery and treatment access.
The survey is designed to be completed by practicing psychiatrists with oversight and knowledge of the clinical programs at community behavioral health organizations. It will take you about 15 minutes to complete. You can leave the survey and return at any time to complete it.
