Introduction
Are you between 15 and 25 with multiple sclerosis? Are you interested in giving us feedback to improve online resources provided by the MS Society?
If you are between 15 and 25 and have been diagnosed with MS, we would like you to complete a 20-minute survey about your use of online resources for MS and how we can improve resources available. We are also interested in your well being. This information will be used to create a new online resource for young people with MS.
