Should you consider Business Coaching?

1. Sales: If I could focus my attention and activities on selling more, gaining more customers and building profitable relationships then my business will grow

2. Profitability: If I had a clear plan to increase my 'yield' (volume of sales x profit per sale) and a dynamic approach to minimising unnecessary costs then my profits will increase

3. Use of time: If I could become personally more effective (as opposed to simply more efficient) I will get more done in less time with less stress

4. People management: If I could find ways to get people to consistently meet my expectations it will lead to business improvement

5. Business problems: The business will benefit if I could have immediate access to an experienced and trusted coach that will help me find ways to overcome challenging issues

6. Personal development: The business will benefit if my own business skills are improved and my leadership skills enhanced

7. Shared agenda: Both the business and I will benefit from spending time with someone with no other agenda but my success

8. Summary: Having considered these questions I am inclined to consider business coaching

9. CBBC: Having reviewed the details at http://www.martingoodyer.com/_userfiles/pages/file/CBBC.pdf
I am inclined to consider commission based business coaching as a possible effective solution
