The mission of the Atlanta Speech School to help each person develop his or her full potential through language and literacy. We are committed to excellence in each program. We respectfully request your time and ask that you complete this survey to assist us in knowing how well you feel you and your child were served this school year and what areas you feel that we could improve upon. If your child participated in the After-School Program during the 2010-2011 School Year we ask you to please complete the following questions in regards to your satisfaction with the programming this year. If your child has not participated this year please skip the frist two questions and begin with question three. Thank you.
