An Investigation into the Relationship Young People have with General Practitioners (GPs)

This study by onTrac@PeterMac: Victorian Adolescent & Young Adult Cancer Service aims to investigate:
1. Whether young people who have been diagnosed with cancer between the ages of 15-25 have GPs.
2. What kind of relationships young people have with their GP.

Your experience will help us improve services and care for young people diagnosed with cancer during treatment and following treatment completion. All information and your response to the survey will be anonymous and therefore no published material resulting from this study will contain any identifiable information. Participating in this project is completely voluntary and should you choose to participate, you can withdraw from completing the survey at any time. This will not result in any penalty.

If you have any questions please contact Lucy Holland on 03 9656 1744 or lucy.holland@petermac.org.
