Introduction and Fair Warning
This survey is lengthy. For reliable results it needs to be taken by at least six members of your firm - preferably more. It is most useful when response comes from all levels and parts of the firm and from random respondents within those levels and parts. Reliably characterizing corporate culture is not a simple matter.
The upside: analysis methods we use leverage all response to identify which respondents are most knowledgeable about the firm's culture. This means you can follow up with open-ended, firm-specific questions about Lean culture and feel confident that what you hear is valid. You will be able to track your transformation as it unfolds.
