1. Stall size will depend on the collection for display strength of the participants.
2. The participants have to arrange their own transportation and porter(s).
3. Organizing authority would not bear any responsibility for any loss of book(s) during the exhibition.
4. Discount rate would be same as per the purchase norms of the College authority.
5. College authority have the right to reject book(s) if found mutilated.
6. Selected books must be accompanied with challan bearing the signature of the recommending authority.
7. Bills for selected books (Challan wise) should be submitted in duplicate with original challan.
8. Proof of price may be asked for the books which are without printed price. Pasted price tag(s)/sticker would not be entertained.
9. Complete bills are to be cleared within 30 working days from date of receiving.
10. No TA/DA would be permissible.
