Hi! Thanks for helping us pick the movies for Howarth Park Movie in the Park 2012!

Our movie series runs mid-August to mid-September on Friday evenings. The movies start at dusk, approximately 7:30 PM, on the lower lawn near the playground and gazebo.

UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT SHOW ANY DISNEY (or Disney affiliated) MOVIES THIS YEAR, DUE TO DISNEY'S LICENSING AGREEMENT! This includes Pixar and Studio Ghibli (Miyazaki films).

Please note that we currently show a variety of G and PG movies, allowing parents to decide what is appropriate for their child. However, each year, we have had a growing request to show a PG-13 movie, as our primary audience at the movies is ages 10+. In researching this, we found that both Rohnert Park and Windsor have shown PG-13 movies (in addition to G and PG), so we are trying to determine if the community would like ONE PG-13 movie in addition to the G and PG movies this year. The movie choice would be carefully selected.
