Thank you for participating in our Wine Preference Survey. This survey should take about 15-20 minutes to complete on line. Our intention is to capture information about wine consumers and the different wines they favor the most. : We are also collecting information to help us better understand how individual taste sensitivities shape consumers' preferences for wine.

We really appreciate your taking the time to take this survey.
We will conduct a ‘drawing’ of names of people who have completed this survey on Sunday, March 14, 2010 at the Consumer Wine Awards at Lodi event. You will be given the option to provide your contact information to qualify for the drawing at the end of the survey.

24 people who have completed the survey, and provided optional contact information, will receive a beautiful package including a cookbook, artisan olive oil, wine accessories, Almonds Seasoned with Vignon and other wonderful goodies! Remember that you must provide your name, phone number and e-mail address if you with to have your name submitted for the drawing. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

The Wine Preference Survey is an ongoing study of what consumers like, why they like what they like, and how the wine industry can improve their efforts to offer high quality products and services. Your answers and any contact information you provide will remain confidential.
