How did you become involved with Summer Lunch League? Check all that apply.   I received an invitation from someone I know. I learned about it through my workplace, school, or house of worship. I learned about it at an event, such as a Las Vegas 51s baseball game. I found it through a website or Facebook page. I was already aware of, or involved in, Three Square Food Bank. Other

What appealed to you about participating in Summer Lunch League? Check all that apply.

What appealed to you about participating in Summer Lunch League? Check all that apply.   It was a way I could make a difference in the lives of hungry children. Food is a basic need. No one should have to worry about having enough to eat. In my life I have experienced hunger or worrying about having enough to eat. Three Square Food Bank is efficient and they make donations go a long way. It’s important to me to support my community. It was easy to participate online.

How did you feel about the frequency of Summer Lunch League emails? Check one.   Too few emails—I wanted updates more often. It was just about the right number of emails. There were too many emails.
