Kol Emeth is an important spiritual and communal center for so many of us, a place of caring, and a place to find strength in community from which we can make a difference in the world around us. We want to sustain these strengths and make Kol Emeth even better and more relevant to the lives and needs of all of our current and future members.
The surveys and information from the pre-rabbinic search process over six ago gave us a useful snapshot of Kol Emeth. We would very much like your input again to help us plan for a future in which Kol Emeth is an even more essential place, offering the most relevant spiritual, pastoral, and educational resources to this sacred community. The Conservative Movement and the Synagogue world stand at a moment of transition. The decisions we make will set the course for our Synagogue in the 21st century, and may allow us to offer a model to other communities as well.
