Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS) will host Haley Kilpatrick, author of The Drama Years: Real Girls Talk About Surviving Middle School – Bullies, Brands, Body Image and More, on Tuesday, April 10 at 7 p.m., in Mary Eliot Chapel. Ms. Kilpatrick will talk with parents and daughters about the issues girls face in middle school today and how parents can support their daughters through the middle school years. This event is free and open to the public, however, reservations are requested. Books for signing are available for purchase in advance or at the event from Left Bank Books (left-bank.com). 10% of the proceeds will go to support Girl Talk.
