Dear Stakeholders,

Central Coast Tourism invite the regions tourism industry and stakeholders to participate in setting a shared three year future direction through the development a Destination Management Plan for the Central Coast.

We would like you to be involved in this process.

The first step is a Tourism Health Check which is about understanding your needs. The Health Check should be completed by the region’s tourism champion with assistance from members of the tourism team.

The results of the Health Check will provide an indication of how the region is performing in key principle areas of:
• Research;
• Funding and governance;
• Strategy and planning;
• Marketing and events;
• Industry and product development; and
• Community.

Please spend a few minutes to go through the questions below and answer to the best of your ability. Where you don’t know the answer, an ‘Unsure’ column has been provided.
