1. NBCT Leadership Conference Call for Presenters

 
Thank you for your interest in presenting at this year's conference! Here is important information to know before you begin:

1. Conference sessions will be two hours long, and repeated for both conference sessions (Fri-Sat and Sat-Sun).

2. Conference sessions must link NBCT leadership to one or more of the following priorities:
**High Needs Schools - practical strategies for improving learning in our most challenging schools
**Take One! projects - NBPTS professional development opportunity
**Closing the Achievement Gap - addressing the students who need us most
**Mentoring and Induction - support for teachers in their first five years
**Building-Wide Leadership - strengthening leadership knowledge/skills (see CSTP's Teacher Leadership Framework)

3. Sessions must also link to one or more conference goals:
**Develop strategies for expanding professional influence
**Promote high-quality professional development
**Collaborate with colleagues to address critical issues that impact student learning

4. In addition to the two-hour conference session, presenters will lead several small group discussions. All materials and protocols for these discussions will be provided to presenters.
