1. Free-Dom Application

 
Please fill out the following application if you would like to get involved in mystery shopping to make sure that the Free-dom Condom Distribution Scheme in Hackney is the best it can be!

You will need to be free for training on Tuesday 24th August, and be able to commit to at least one day over August/September. All expenses will be paid at the training and you will be provided with £10 per mystery shop.

Once you have applied, we will give you a call to find out a bit more about you and how we can work together.
