Fire and Rescue Service Strategy for working with children and young people

1. Introduction

The Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) in partnership with the Chief Fire Officers’ Association (CFOA), are seeking to renew the current Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) strategy for working with children and young people which runs from 2006 up to March 2010.

In order to help inform the development of the new strategy CLG has commissioned the National Youth Agency to consult with key youth organisations to ensure that the strategy is relevant to those whom the FRSs work with.

This short survey has five sections and should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete

1. Please give the name of your organisation

2. Please briefly describe the nature of your organisation and the type of work you do with children and young people

3. Please indicate the age range(s) of children and young people that you primarily work with

4. Do you currently deliver services in partnership with the FRS?
