Foundation PrEP Workshop Registration 2013 |
Important notes:
The Foundation PrEP Workshop runs from 9am- 4pm.
1. The Workshop Fee is: $150 (price includes one Teachers' Manual - hard copy or pdf file format).
Please note: Morning tea and a light lunch is provided.
2. Your school will be invoiced upon receipt of registration.
3. We reserve the right to cancel workshops if registered participants is less than 6.
5. Cancellation must be received 7 working days prior to workshop to be eligible for a refund. No shows will be invoiced. Substitutes are permitted.
