The City of Nanaimo is collecting information for our Cultural Resources Inventory and Cultural Map.
If you would like to be included in the inventory, please fill out this survey. It should only take a few minutes and will greatly assist us in gathering valuable information for the Inventory.
A Cultural Resources Inventory and Map are tools to identify and map community cultural assets and resources. It helps us to identify strengths and weaknesses and generate new perspectives. It prepares the groundwork for a new cultural plan that will identify needs and opportunities for investing in future cultural development. The database of resources will form the basis of an online cultural portal that will provide the public access to all information about all Nanaimo’s cultural assets and resources.
