Wellbeing Activities in Dundee
 

Introduction and Background Information

 
In Dundee there are many different types of support and activities available to people who want to improve their wellbeing and enjoy positive mental health. These include such things as information, guidance and counselling, creative arts and therapies, support groups and befriending, advocacy, community learning, health and fitness programmes, and skills training and employment.

We want to know how people find out about these so that we can try to make it easier to find information about them in future.
