Commercial Kitchen Incubator Needs Survey: Survey for Prospective Tenants
Calling All Food Entrepreneurs!
This questionnaire was designed for farm families, entrepreneurs, companies, and organizations who might be prospective users of the proposed shared-use commercial kitchen facility. This kitchen will be state and FDA certified and serve as a incubation facility for micro-enterprise, small businesses, and others producing value-added food products such as jellies, jams, and sauces.
Common Wealth, Inc. cooperates with the Northside Farmers' Market held on the grounds of the First Unitarian Universalist Church at 1105 Elm Street in the historic Wick Park neighborhood. The proposed shared use facility is to be located at 901 Elm Street and is in the feasibility stage. Your comments will help us in planning.
If you have any other suggestions regarding the need for such a facility in our community, please write them in the space provided at the end of the survey.
Special thanks to ACEnet (Athens) Food Ventures for sharing their survey form.
