Stephen Gough, the "naked rambler" attempted to walk across Britain naked 7 years ago, but was arrested in Scotland and has been in and out of prison ever since, as he refuses to put on clothes on leaving jail. He is now facing a life behind bars. His re-arrest his said to have cost the British taxpayer around £200,000.
