Thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving your family at Kids for Camp this summer. It has been a joy to work with your camper. Please take a few moments to tell us your most honest opinion about camp for your family this summer. We deeply desire to exceed your expectations through continued improvement. This survey should take about 7 minutes to complete. Results will help us improve camp and evaluate our staff. Thank you.
