By the end of the presentation, attendees will be able to:

Understand how individuals from different cultures and generations learn and work, and how to use diversity within your organization to your library's benefit

Appreciate how to make everyone more comfortable with different learning styles, personal approaches to work, and tools available through a variety of information literacy efforts

Develop appropriate mentoring, job exchanges, shadowing and job sharing programs to improve productivity and performance of staff, both within your library and among different libraries.
