SELF-EMPLOYED AND COUPLE SATISFACTION
Thank you for agreeing to share your experiences by completing this questionnaire. You may complete all or any part, and include as much additional information as you wish. Sometimes people find it emotionally difficult to revisit their past so you should only proceed if you feel confident that doing so will not cause you upset.
Experience suggests there is a need for more research into the difficulties self-employment can cause for couples.Please help with my research by completing this survey. It is completely confidential and no individual can be identified in the findings. The research is conducted under the ethical guidelines of Relate and of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherpists for Masters research at the University of Hull.
Your contribution will be valuable in helping counsellors better understand some of the relationship problems faced by the self-employed and more particularly by their partners.
SPOUSE
Throughout the survey-form the term SPOUSE is used to refer to emotional/sexual partner whether actually married or not. This is to differentiate an emotional/sexual partner from a business partner.
