Will platform-based BPO be the ‘killer app’ some BPO providers are saying it will be and will it differentiate the large, technology savvy providers that can invest in this technology from those that can’t?
Does Global Business Services (i.e. multi functional shared services) really make sense? If so - for which companies? Is it not contrary to organisational setup of some to put all functions and regions together?
What level of maturity have we now reached in SSO/BPO? Is it here to stay and can even further gains be realised from this SDM (Service Delivery Model)? Or will something else replace it in the future?
