BayFest 2012 Performer Application

Thank you for your interest in performing at BayFest 2012 of Sheephead Bay, Brooklyn, NY. BayFest 2012 will be held Sunday, May 20, 2012 from noon to 6pm. Please use the form below to apply to perform. Your information is confidential and will not be shared. For more about BayFest, visit www.BIGBayFest.org and www.BayImprovementGroup.org.

Please note that BayFest is an all-free, all-ages community event and that the Bay Improvement Group is in the early stages of planning the entertainment. As a result, we cannot at this time guarantee anything with regard to payment for participation in BayFest. The event will, however, be promoted by us through a variety of channels to residents in the New York City area, and as is feasible, we will include the names, photos, and web links of participating bands/groups/artists.

3. Please check one of the following with regard to your use of electric power to perform. In the past, access to electricity was granted by the boats docked on the piers. Although we will know more as the event approaches and will make every effort to make power available, at this early date we cannot guarantee any band, dance troupe, or performer that we will be able to furnish electricity on BayFest day. That said, please let us know your group's needs with regard to electricity.
