The following survey has been compiled by Contemporary Christian Ministries Youth Ministry Team to evaluate and improve its ministry to the junior high and senior high youth of our congregations. Your responses will be tabulated by a youth ministry team member who will then work with the team to address the needs and concerns of our young people.
