We're looking for a small number of practices who are committed to improving patient outcomes and follow up care, and comfortable using an early stage technology product.
Those selected for our 120 day Beta Program will:
*Receive one-on-one implementation, training, and support.
*Provide feedback via phone, email, and online survey.
*Provide qualitative and quantitative data that allows HealthLoop to measure success.
