I have trouble seeing or reading, so it would help me to hear a recording or to watch a video about the legal issue that I am trying to deal with.
I have trouble writing, so it would help me if there were a volunteer to help me fill out forms or to type information into a computer for self-help forms on a computer.
I do not understand how to find my way around the courthouse, so it would be useful to have a help desk or other specific place at the courthouse with information about where and how to file court papers.
