ETH121 Kalispel Tribe Language Preservation

The learning objectives for this session were:
1. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of language preservation to the Kalispel Tribe.
2. Participants will gain and understanding of why and how tribal languages become threatened, and why this problem is urgent.
3. Participants will learn what the Kalispel Tribe is doing to preserve its language, and learn at least one new word.
4. Participants will understand why language preservation is a heritge preservation issue for the Kalispel Tribe.
