This is TRAC’s Mission Statement:

We are working together to strengthen our community and rebuild our economy through the development of a professionally designed network of recreational trails. This proven model will provide the much needed infrastructure for the retention and creation of local jobs, enhance tourism, and increase the desirability and the health of our community.
