Thank you for taking time to answer this survey. It will help the staff at your school and Envision Schools to understand your experiences and plan better ways of supporting you. We value student voice and opinions. Also, we want to know if we have improved since last year when students were surveyed.
The survey is voluntary and anonymous, and results will be shared with you and other groups, but will not include any names of students.
