The mission of the Journey of Hope Grief Support Center is to provide support at no cost for children, teens, young adults and their families as they learn to mourn the death or impending death of their loved one in a safe, caring and nurturing environment.
You are receiving this survey because you have either received support from or helped Journey of Hope provide support for others!
Consider how you met the most important people in your life! There is usually a story of introductions, of attractions, of mutual support; and one introduction leads to another - and another.
We're so glad we met you! And we're asking you to introduce us to others who can help us increase our "important people".
The purpose of this survey is two-fold:
- to know you better and to serve you well
- to request introductions to those you know who might connect with JOH and become future donors, sponsors, advocates and friends.
Please complete the following survey. It will take about 10-12 minutes if you have your contact information handy. This is not a confidential/anonymous questionnaire because we would like you to be involved in these introductions. Please feel free to skip any question that causes you discomfort.
