TITLE OF RESEARCH STUDY: Gaming
PROFESSOR IN CHARGE: Dr. Cleveland
PURPOSE: Collect information about parents and video/computer games.
PROCEDURE: You will be given a survey to fill out. This should take no more than thirty minutes to complete.
RISKS:

BENEFITS: Your participation in this study should give you some insight into how behavioral research is conducted. It also will help in the education of students receiving training in behavioral science.
CONFIDENTIALITY: The scientific information obtained from these experiments will be used for instructional purposes only and your name will not be associated with the data you provide.
RIGHT TO REFUSE OR WITHDRAW: You have the right to refuse participation or withdraw from this study at any time. If you would prefer, your “subject participation” requirement can be fulfilled by writing a paper.
