KAMHA Juvenile Survey 2010

1. Introduction

The Kingston Area Minor Hockey Association (KAMHA) is now completing its 2nd full season and would like to assess the level of interest among older minor hockey players in bringing back Juvenile Hockey to the area. Under OMHA regulations, Juvenile hockey is restricted to players aged 18 to 20. For the 2010-2011 season, that would include players born in 1992, 1991, and 1990.

Please complete this brief survey and share with us your interest in playing Juvenile Hockey next season. The results of the survey will guide our decision.

If we can get a commitment from a critical mass of players ... and coaches/trainers ... we will consider bringing the program back.

Thank you

Chris Sullivan
Vice President, House League Hockey Operations
