ICHS Alumni & Friends Survey

In an effort to make enhance our relationship with all alumni and friends of ICHS we have created this survey to get some honest feedback on how we're doing.

On behalf of the entire development and alumni relations offices, thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey – your feedback is very important to us!
