Helplines, and especially issues of confidentiality within helplines, have been high on the public agenda in the last week, since the National Bullying Helpline came under fire for allegedly breaching the confidentiality of users of its service.

In order to represent your needs better, we would like to know how this news story has affected you and your helpline.
