Background
Correlation II, European Network Social Inclusion & Health is a European Project, funded by the Health Programme of the European Commission (DG Sanco). The project builds on the previous experience of Correlation I (2005-2008). The overall aim of Correlation II is to tackle health inequalities in Europe and to improve prevention, care and treatment services for marginalised and vulnereable groups (e.g. drugusers). For more info: www.correlation-net.org

The work package ‘Outreach and early intervention’ is one out of five different work packages within Correlation II. This work package aims to identify successful outreach- and peer-education strategies to reach young adults between the age of 16 and 23 years, who are experimenting with drugs. The working group has members from eleven European countries, which contribute to the collection of information and the development of a best-practice document in the field of outreach and early intervention.

This questionnaire will help us to get an overview on the current state of affairs in Europe, specifically focusing on outreach work and early intervention. Besides, it will help us to formulate key messages towards European policy and decision makers, indicating the relevance and need of services in the field of outreach and early intervention.

Please note:
We acknowledge, that you are under great time constraints and are therefore particularly grateful, that you are willing to answer our questionnaire.
