Through the Plymouth Better Together scheme I wanted to find a way of sharing my knowledge and expertise to benefit the voluntary sector of Plymouth.
Throughout my career spanning nearly 30 years I know that managing people is a constant.
I have facilitated training and upskilling with managers in all people management topics. Building confidence is critical to success and I know this comes from both knowledge and self-belief.
